VALUE matters when it comes to making investment decisions.  When you purchase property from Developer Direct, you eliminate the middle man and also his commission (as high as 10%). These savings are passed on to you, thereby stretching your investment dollars.

At Developer Direct our goal for coastal development is to build properties for the working class, the service providers who need housing in coastal
Mississippi and Louisiana.  Our properties are affordable, low maintenance, rent ready, and priced to help maximize your return on investment.  Our coastal locations are inland, away from the high risk areas susceptible to hurricane damage, further enhancing your investment with lower insurance premiums and decreased risk of major damage.

Finding and developing superb, affordable locations and building inviting communities are the areas we focus on for residential development
.  We are sensitive to family desires regarding where and how they want to live and to locations with access to good schools, shopping, recreation and business.

On the commercial side, we have been successfully revitalizing older commercial areas, keeping land costs to a minimum and passing savings on to our investors.  The focal points of our commercial projects are affordability, ease of maintenance and return on investment.

Please contact us at 601-209-8525 or 601-927-9554. Our service professionals are available to provide additional information and assistance in the acquisition of your next investment property.
